Summitt's fire and burn crews
can perform a number of wildland fire activities, including:

- Broadcast Burning
- Line Construction
- Fire Suppression
Summitt's crews are qualified under NWCG
Standards and are strictly monitored by our fire management
staff. Our crews are safe, efficient, professional and able to perform
duties all over the U.S.
Our resources include:
- 5 - Type 2 20 person suppression and burn
crews
- 3 - Type 6 (300 gallon) wildfire engines
- 1 - Type 2 (2500 gallon) water tender
- 1 - John Deere 550G dozer
- 40 - drip torches for burning
Summitt also can supply qualified Burn Bosses to
meet your needs. We have Type 2 and Type 3 Burn Bosses and a number
of Ignition, Holding, and Mop-up Specialists. We also have a prescribed
fire planner at our disposal to author, edit and/or administer burn
plans.
Our Fire management staff has many years of experience
most of which was acquired on U.S. Forest Service Brush Disposal,
Hotshot and Helitack crews. Our crew bosses have fought fires in
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Nevada,
New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Canada.
